I actually think Vilja's personality would work just fine in Skyrim. (Then I don't have a problem with the atmosphere as presented in Oblivion). Why does everything have to be dark? Someone like Vilja would bring some much needed joy to Skyrim.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Emma as I don't *think* I did before. I've played with Vilja numerous times and I have to say that I love her so, so much. (I do like her (and your ;P) accent more than words can explain.) She's very well made and I love her dialogue. So far, I have not found any bugs.
Any road! I just wanted to sing Vilja's praises as she is MOST CERTAINLY going to be added again! She always makes me giggle even if she frustrates certain characters to death!
As a side note, I do too agree that Vilja would be most welcome in Skyrim. Then again, I'd take her everywhere if I could.

Once again, thank you for all the hard work and time you put into her. It really shows and I cannot think of a better companion for my travels. Thank you.
Thank you, both of you. It's reassuring that you think that Vilja would fit in also in Skyrim - I'm still thinking she would have to go through some personality changes. But, I can agree that Skyrim needs some lightheartedness - sometimes the harsh weather and the harsher quests does get a little too much of seriousness.
