Kronkorken Minen
-A quest reward from Moira in Megaton after the Minefield portion of the Wasteland Survival Guide quest.
-Jacko's Pop & Gas Stop, northwest of Tenpenny Tower and east of Girdershade.
-Dashwood's safe, in Tenpenny Tower, received for completing A Manhandled Manservant.
-One can be bought from Knick Knack in Little Lamplight.
Pfeilpistole
-A schematic can be obtained from Hannibal Hamlin for completing the Head of State quest for the slaves.
-A schematic is at the Boutique Le Chic in Tenpenny Tower and if the player sides with ghouls during the Tenpenny Tower (quest), it can be purchased twice. Once from Lydia Montenegro and another time from Michael Masters, the ghoul who takes over. If you do purchase the same schematic twice you will only be able to use one of them, the extra dart gun schematic will remain in you inventory under misc. which you can still sell to any one of you local traders through out the Wasteland.
-A schematic can be found at the MDPL-05 Power Station next to the skeleton of a dead engineer.
Todesklauenhandschuh
-Probably the easiest way to obtain the weapon schematic is at the F.Scott Key Trail & Campground. The schematics are located in a trailer usually guarded by a Deathclaw. This makes it the perfect area to get this weapon early on. Not only do you get the schematics, but you get the Deathclaw Hand which is hard to get early.
-Another reliable way is to do the Council Seat quest in favor of Bannon in Rivet City.
-The PC G.E.C.K. lists only three schematics, with the third found on a "random" NPC. He has the name "Wasteland Settler" and wears a Roving Trader Outfit. This NPC has been reported in random places can occur (see "Corpse encounters" on that page). Also note that, possibly, there may be a game counter which makes you "due" for a random event - which is to say, if you have a random encounter and recently did a savegame, try loading the savegame... perhaps you can keep triggering it until you get the right one (but there are a lot of them).
The encounter instantiates as a dead Settler and a wounded Deathclaw. So if you unexpectedly encounter a live Deathclaw, or a firefight with other randoms and a dead Deathclaw, search the area where the Deathclaw was first seen for the Settler. Also note that most of the encounters seem to be in named map locations, as opposed to wide-open wilderness (but not all of them?).
Nuka-Cola Granate
-Nuka Grenade schematics can found in Cliffside Cavern. Go through the caverns to access the Yao Guai Cave. The schematic are on the "ground" floor at the northwestern-most part of the cave, among a pile of skeletons. You can take a shortcut to this point by simply dropping down once you get to the cavern proper, instead of following the wooden plank pathway.
-If you complete The Nuka-Cola Challenge, you can obtain schematics for this weapon. Sierra Petrovita comments on how she has the only schematics for this grenade, but that obviously is not true.
-The Caravan Merchant Doc Hoff also sells the Nuka Grenade schematic. He wears a pre-war suit and appears in front of the various main towns (Megaton, Rivet City, Canterbury Commons, etc.) on a circular route.
Gleisgewehr
-Can be bought from Tulip in Underworld.
-Control room (on the workbench) in MDPL-13 Power Station.
-Reward for Stealing Independence from Abraham Washington.
Rock-It Werfer
-Can be bought off Moira Brown in Megaton for a price of 799–1200 bottlecaps (depending on Barter skill level).
-In the armory of Rivet City, located in the ship's bridge tower.
Can also be bought from the traveling merchant Crazy Wolfgang.
-If you kill Moira Brown in Megaton she will drop it.
NOTE: If Crazy Wolfgang dies, another copy can be bought from Moira Brown.
-Another copy of the schematics can be found in the "Framed Quote" within Vault 101.
-If you kill the Caravan Merchants outside the entrance to Megaton, it can be obtained from one of the dead bodies.
Rösti
-One set of schematics can be obtained from Vance at the end of the Blood Ties questline. You can also kill Vance to obtain his fully functional but degraded Shishkebab.
-Lucky Harith, the weapon specialized Caravan Merchant, sells a set of schematics.
-You can find a set near a workbench in a red Brotherhood Outcast shack, to the south-west of SatCom Array NN-03d. The shack does not appear on the map, but is at the base of the hill the Array is built on.
